Operator and scope

JAVINO is an individual personal project owned by Javan Habaguhirwa in Rwanda. Website: https://joinjavino.com. Contact: habaguhirwajavan5@gmail.com. The owner confirms this mailbox is regularly monitored for support, privacy requests and copyright complaints.

These terms describe JAVINO?s current service and limitations. This version was prepared on 2026-10-11; a separate effective/adoption date has not been established. Existing mandatory rights are not waived by this page.

Accounts and access

Use accurate account information and protect sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate others or misuse authentication and recovery links. Email confirmation and protected-route/session controls remain in place. Viewing available public videos is separate from registering an account.

A minimum registration age of 16 and additional protections for users aged 16?17 are proposals, not active safeguards. No new age check, limited teen profile, mandatory teen review programme or automatic appeal approval is activated by this notice. Anonymous public viewing is separate from account registration. Users should not assume public content is suitable for every age.

Content and acceptable use

Only submit content you are entitled to share. Respect privacy, safety and others? intellectual property. Do not use JAVINO for exploitation, threats, harassment, fraud, harmful illegal material or abusive automated activity.

Uploading uses configured processing and publication checks. Processing success is not proof of copyright ownership or safety. Public media can be copied by others. Detailed content-licence, dispute and takedown terms still require legal review; this page does not invent a transfer of your ownership.

Financial features

Existing Wallet, Welcome Rewards, Referral Rewards, Creator Monetization and payout rules remain separate from these pages. Account closure or a privacy request does not automatically erase balances, transactions or necessary accounting, fraud-prevention and legitimate viewing evidence. Financial eligibility for younger users and legally required retention need separate confirmation; no financial retention period or new eligibility rule is introduced.

Video viewing remains free. These terms do not promise earnings, reward eligibility, payout availability or guaranteed income beyond applicable existing programme rules. Do not manufacture viewing evidence, referrals or financial activity.

Reports, restrictions and closure

Send a concise description and relevant JAVINO URL to habaguhirwajavan5@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full sign-in links, unnecessary identity/payment documents or suspected illegal media. Requests require appropriate identity or authority checks before private information is disclosed or records are changed. A complete secure tracking, verification and response workflow has not yet been operationally validated; contacting the mailbox does not guarantee a particular decision or deadline.

Information is retained for the purposes of the relevant service, subject to necessary legal, safety, accounting and dispute preservation. Exact category-specific periods, provider backup expiry and the complete deletion process have not yet been established. Making a video private, archiving it or cancelling an upload is different from permanent erasure. Signing out or clearing device storage does not delete server records. Complete account deletion and removal of all media/provider copies are not currently offered as verified end-to-end workflows.

Existing content reporting and authorised moderation tools do not establish a complete independent appeals service. The proposed 48-hour automatic appeal system is not active and its allowlist is empty. No automatic content restoration or financial privilege restoration is promised. Live V1 remains paused.

Service and legal limitations

JAVINO has not completed qualified Rwanda legal review of these pages. Some operational procedures and provider settings remain unverified. No legal compliance certification, universal deletion guarantee or guaranteed response time is stated.

Availability and outcomes can be affected by connectivity and third-party processing. No guaranteed uptime, response time or universal security claim is made. Governing-law, consumer remedies, liability and dispute procedures require qualified review; these pages do not purport to remove mandatory legal protections.
