Information you provide

Registration and sign-in use an email address and password through Supabase Auth. Display names, usernames, biographies and avatars support account profiles. Public profiles, videos, Shorts, titles, descriptions, thumbnails and comments can reveal information you choose to share.

Likes, follows, saved-video selections, feedback and reports support the features you use. Advertising and sponsorship inquiries collect contact details, campaign/support preferences, messages and purpose-specific consent. Payout settings can include a mobile number, registered name and configured payout-method details; the exact deployed methods and any manual collection still require confirmation.

Viewing and device information

Playback sessions and viewing evidence support video features and reward integrity. Browser/device storage supports authentication, PKCE email-link recovery, preferences and upload/retry recovery. Native session code uses a SecureStore-backed adapter with migration from earlier local storage. Upload recovery can include file size, fingerprint and upload identifiers.

Inquiry endpoints use keyed IP/contact hashes for abuse controls; hashing does not necessarily make information anonymous. The base stylesheet requests Google Fonts. Hosting, authentication and video services may process network and diagnostic information. A complete deployed cookies, analytics, logging and telemetry inventory is not yet verified.

Uses, providers and data transfers

Information supports authentication and confirmation/recovery emails, public content, interactions, uploads/playback, inquiry/report handling and existing financial integrity checks. Repository integrations use Supabase for authentication/data and Mux for video processing/playback. The owner reports Resend as the custom SMTP provider used with Supabase Auth.

Actual production plans, processing regions, subprocessors, hosting/logging arrangements and transfer/storage authorisations have not all been independently verified. No statement that information is never shared, never tracked or universally encrypted is made.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained for the purposes of the relevant service, subject to necessary legal, safety, accounting and dispute preservation. Exact category-specific periods, provider backup expiry and the complete deletion process have not yet been established. Making a video private, archiving it or cancelling an upload is different from permanent erasure. Signing out or clearing device storage does not delete server records. Complete account deletion and removal of all media/provider copies are not currently offered as verified end-to-end workflows.

Users can delete their own comments through the existing interface. Sponsorship code contains authorised inquiry-redaction and bounded retention functions, but routine production scheduling/execution is not verified. These functions do not establish a universal JAVINO retention schedule. Public copies, recipient inboxes, caches and backups may remain outside a single application action.

Privacy questions and requests

Send a concise description and relevant JAVINO URL to habaguhirwajavan5@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full sign-in links, unnecessary identity/payment documents or suspected illegal media. Requests require appropriate identity or authority checks before private information is disclosed or records are changed. A complete secure tracking, verification and response workflow has not yet been operationally validated; contacting the mailbox does not guarantee a particular decision or deadline.

Applicable rights, lawful exceptions, identity checks and response requirements need qualified legal review. A request for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of purpose-specific consent may be raised through the monitored contact; no new automated rights service is represented as active.

Younger users and security

A minimum registration age of 16 and additional protections for users aged 16?17 are proposals, not active safeguards. No new age check, limited teen profile, mandatory teen review programme or automatic appeal approval is activated by this notice. Anonymous public viewing is separate from account registration. Users should not assume public content is suitable for every age.

Use care with public usernames, avatars, biographies, media and comments. Do not share passwords, recovery codes or private access links. Authentication, database policies and role restrictions protect configured operations but cannot guarantee every deployment or channel is secure.

Financial information

Existing Wallet, Welcome Rewards, Referral Rewards, Creator Monetization and payout rules remain separate from these pages. Account closure or a privacy request does not automatically erase balances, transactions or necessary accounting, fraud-prevention and legitimate viewing evidence. Financial eligibility for younger users and legally required retention need separate confirmation; no financial retention period or new eligibility rule is introduced.

Advertising and changes

Google AdSense is not integrated in the reviewed application source; this notice does not activate Google advertising or personalization. Advertising/sponsorship inquiry features are separate. Any future Google advertising requires accurate disclosures and applicable consent before activation.

This version was prepared on 2026-10-11. A separate effective/adoption date has not been established. Material changes and notice procedures require review.

Current limitations

JAVINO has not completed qualified Rwanda legal review of these pages. Some operational procedures and provider settings remain unverified. No legal compliance certification, universal deletion guarantee or guaranteed response time is stated.
