Preparing a complaint

Use subject ?COPYRIGHT?. Identify the original work, the exact disputed JAVINO URL and relevant segment, your role as owner or authorised representative, the basis of the concern and necessary reply contact. Provide concise information; do not send passwords, private account links or unnecessary documents.

Do not email suspected illegal media. A claimant?s statement alone does not establish ownership or authorise deletion.

Review and outcomes

Complaints may require clarification and appropriate authority checks. Applicable notice elements, counter-notice, preservation, remedies and restoration procedures require qualified Rwanda legal review. No registered DMCA-agent status or statutory compliance certification is claimed.

Existing reporting/moderation tools are not a complete statutory copyright process. No guaranteed response deadline, automatic takedown or automatic restoration is promised. The proposed 48-hour appeal system is inactive and its allowlist is empty.

Privacy, preservation and deletion

Send a concise description and relevant JAVINO URL to habaguhirwajavan5@gmail.com. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full sign-in links, unnecessary identity/payment documents or suspected illegal media. Requests require appropriate identity or authority checks before private information is disclosed or records are changed. A complete secure tracking, verification and response workflow has not yet been operationally validated; contacting the mailbox does not guarantee a particular decision or deadline.

Information is retained for the purposes of the relevant service, subject to necessary legal, safety, accounting and dispute preservation. Exact category-specific periods, provider backup expiry and the complete deletion process have not yet been established. Making a video private, archiving it or cancelling an upload is different from permanent erasure. Signing out or clearing device storage does not delete server records. Complete account deletion and removal of all media/provider copies are not currently offered as verified end-to-end workflows.

Reporter and claimant information should be limited to what is necessary for review. Complete secure tracking and confidential evidence-handling workflows have not yet been operationally validated. A visibility decision does not prove erasure of all copies or settle legal ownership.

Current limitations

JAVINO has not completed qualified Rwanda legal review of these pages. Some operational procedures and provider settings remain unverified. No legal compliance certification, universal deletion guarantee or guaranteed response time is stated.
